Oven Paneer Tikka Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 gm cubed paneer
  • 60 gm grated cheese cubes
  • 5 gm chopped ginger
  • 20 gm chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon powdered chaat masala
  • 100 gm pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 freshly ground green chilli
  • 50 ml fresh cream
  • 5 gm powdered garam masala powder

How to make Oven Paneer Tikka

Step 1

For this easy appetizer recipe, mash a little paneer and add finely chopped ginger, salt, fresh pomegranate seeds, green chillies and coriander into it. Stuff this mixture into paneer pieces.

Step 2

Prepare a marination with grated cheese, fresh cream, salt, chopped coriander and a pinch of garam masala.

Step 3

Coat the stuffed paneer with the marination and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Once it is set for 30 minutes, take out a non-stick pan, coat it with butter and drop the paneer into the pan. Let it shallow-fry till it turns a light brown.

Step 4

Garnish the dish with fresh pomegranate seeds and sprinkle little chaat masala to give it a sweet and tangy taste.
