To prepare this healthy Paneer Bhurji recipe, take a bowl and crumble the paneer. Keep it aside. Then heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the cumin seeds and fry them for 20 seconds.
Once the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the onions and saute them for a minute. Wait for the onions to turn slightly brown in colour. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well. Saute these ingredients for another minute.
Then, add tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Stir well and cook for a minute. Now add capsicums and saute for one more minute. Capsicum adds a nice flavour to the entire dish. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for a minute or two. Turn off the flame and transfer the Paneer Bhurji in a serving bowl.
