Boondi Raita is a perfect summer delicacy, which can be easily prepared at home. Here’s how you can prepare this dish by following some simple steps given below. Take a glass bowl and add gram flour and water. Mix all the ingredients well. Ensure that the batter is thick and pourable.
Take a kadhai and heat oil on high flame. Add the batter to a boondi plate placed over the hot oil. Take extra care so that the hot oil does not spill over. Fry until golden brown. Remove, the boondi and drain excess oil.
Take another bowl, add chilled curd, sugar, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves and top it with the crispy boondis. Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves and your raita is ready to serve.
